This dynamic workshop will introduce leaders, managers,and supervisors to effective strategies for motivating others to work at their highest potential.

Technically, Motivational Interviewing for managers, the training provides a framework for understanding motivation, ambivalence and natural stages of change in those we supervise. It teaches a variety of tools designed to increase success with staff, thereby reducing personal and professional frustration on the job. Within a strengths-based framework,participants will learn specific communication strategies that can move an employee from a place of indifference or hostility to a place of intrinsic motivation, professional growth,increased competence & cooperation, and personal pride.

If more convenient, the two days may be space over a two week period in 4 or 8 hour segments.
